A new dawn

Let’s get down to business and talk feelings

Let’s be expressive

Let’s build a room on a piece of paper for a piece of mind

Let’s take it out and make it known

We met a figure of interest

A fully figured figure

A public figure we would want for a private session

Let’s write a new poem

Let’s be honest

Let’s tell the world how we were honored

Let’s be bold as gold

Let’s tell a story untold

Let’s be sell out

Let’s not be over protective of our reputation

Be a soldier on a mission

You only live one

True, we can maybe love twice

But let’s not allow love to pass us by

Let’s tell the world how we fell

Let’s write a new poem

Let’s it be our third voice

Let’s put it out and make it know

Let it shame us for who we are

Give it life and let it live

Let it breath

Let it love as let it be

Let’s write a new poem

Let’s be brave and let it go

Give it a story that we can’t tell

I can tell you want to tell

But you can’t

Since you can tell

You won’t be heard

And if you do

You won’t win

But if you do

There is life ahead you would want to share

You would want to spend your life with her

So let her know

She deserves

And we both know

So let’s write a new poem
